Each piece of jewellery is individually made to order by Lennie Beare and can take between 3-10 days to produce, and a further week or so to be hallmarked if silver. If it is already in stock then it'll be shipped the same, or following day.
The process of designing and making is based around individuality and hand-working the contours of the silver and so each piece will vary slightly from the one pictured online.
Postage
All care is taken to send out each piece in perfect condition. Parcels are sent 'guaranteed' and postage is free in the UK and priced accordingly for European/international orders.
Returns/exchanges/refunds
If you’re unhappy with your product it can be exchanged (P+P costs excluded*) within 14 days of purchase in its original, unworn condition. However, refunds will only be given if the piece is faulty.
Repairs
In the unlikely event that your piece of jewellery breaks due to poor workmanship the piece will be repaired for FREE (P+P costs excluded*). Anything beyond fair wear and tear can be repaired for a small fee agreed mutually.
